Whats up guys. . .
This weekend we have been living it primitive. Not out doors, camping or anything like that, but in our own appartment.
When we got back home after the gym Friday evening there was no water to be found in the shower.
WTF?? Sure we have had some troubles withe the pressure and tempreteur befor but now there was no water what so ever in the whole appartment. Called the landlord and told about the problem so they sent a guy to check it up.
Was the whole block that was out of water so they informed the agency of water and sewerige..
We didnt get any more information that night, but we met a neighbour the day efter that told us we could get som water from the basement at least so we could drink and cook food.
Yesterday the posted a paper on the door that said that they where lookin for the problem and that they have put up a water post outside the house. Shure it gives us water but if feels aqward to live in a mordn appartmant ant not be able to take a shower or drink fresh water out of the tap. Not to be able to flush the toilette or do the dishes.
We are still out of water, and it has almost been 48 hours now. Now they at least know what the problem is. Frozen pipes, so they are working on it to get fixed. But we have no idea of how long that could take =)
Now so something more exciting =P
This Friday ment two weeks on the Tommi Nutrition diet and a new fat messurement.
Two weeks ago I had 7.8% and now I had 6,8 so its all going according to the plan.
No changes in the diet this time but Im going to do one more cardioseassion of 25 minutes/week. Next messurement is in two week but we will check the shape and pose as usual this Friday as well.
I really feel surrounded with great inspiration, knowledge and motivation.
Yesterday I got my back and glutes really beat up by Jostein. A former IFBB pro and still one of norways best bodybuilders.
Going to have my sorry ass body massaged every other week now up to contest.
Really feel it helps me recover better and makes me pose better =)
Yesterday did not only mean training and massage but also that I could have a litle time of from the diet with some free meals.
Didnt so much extra but its nice not to have to weigh and count everything.
We visited a new place for us.
Rice bowl. Really good food and great sized portions =) I had Pad Thai with king sized shrimps and also some chicken breasts with satay sauce. Yummie =P

Then we just chilled the evening away at home and as last meal of the day we made some good old Tacos =)
Today I have rested from the gym. Did my 25 minutes of cardio this morning and thats it for today =)
Next week Im working late so Im doing the training before work. Was almost a year ago I did that. Iactually like it very well.
And this is how I looked this morning 10 weeks out.
